Our general Terms/Conditions.


We do NOT permit smoking within the Caravan-no exceptions.

We let out to Families, Couples,Single persons. 
You must be 21 or over to let our Caravan.

We provide all bedding and the beds in the bedrooms are made up ready.
We also provide a selection of Towels for use within the caravan only, Please bring your own Towels to use outside the caravans such as beach towels and towels to use within the pool or on the beach.

We request that you leave the caravan clean,tidy & without damage when you vacate.
Please also refer to our Damage Bond notes below.

Please notify us of any damages, breakages, faulty items or other issues as soon as you become aware, so we can promptly deal with things for you during your stay, before you vacate, and also to enable us to rectify before the next family moves in.

PLEASE consider other resident's in nearby caravans with respect to noise & nuisance, all complaints will be taken seriously, and could result in early termination of your stay without refund.

Our Kestrel caravan is fitted with an alarm, we request that you set it on the occasions when you leave the caravan unoccupied during your stay-thank you.


We take a minimum non returnable Deposit of £50 per booking
which we need to receive within 7 Days of us reserving your Dates for you. The £50 Deposit comes off the price of your booking of course.

You must notify us at least 4 weeks prior to your booking start Date if you need to cancel your booking.
If you cancel within the 4 Weeks before the booking start Date
The monies you have paid us, excluding the £50 non returnable deposit, will only be refunded if we are able to re let the Dates you had booked with us. We therefore advise that you take out suitable holiday insurance to cover any eventuality.
We are though often able to carry forward funds paid towards a another future booking, and this includes the non returnable Deposit.

Returnable Bond,
We take a £50 Returnable Damage Bond on all bookings for our caravans & Holiday Apartments, the Bond will be promptly refunded after satisfactory inspection of the caravan, it's fixtures, fittings & contents.
The Bond is usually refunded within 3 working Days after you vacate, and paid to you from the account to which you paid for your booking.
The bond is NOT refunded by the owner when you vacate.
Please note that any Damages above the £50 Bond value will be invoiced separately.

We reserve the right to terminate a booking at any time without refund;
A. If the noisy/unruly behaviour of guests is disturbing others
B. It is found that there are more people than stated upon booking, occupying the caravan.

STRICTLY NO SUBLETTING of this caravan to any other people including friends or other family members without us giving our permission, only those named when booking will have permission to stay in the caravan for the Dates you have booked.


Here we outline what information we may collect from you, and how we use the information.

We may collect the following information from you;

Name and Address, along with your contact details including e-mail address, and Telephone number/s.

Plus relevant information, comments or notes relating to your booking enquiry or an actual booking.

What we do with the information we receive from you

The information is kept for our internal record keeping purposes.

We may contact you by e-mail, phone or post regarding your booking enquiry or booking.

We will never sell your information.

We put in place various security measures to keep any information safe, both physically and electronically.
