We offer a warm & friendly service.
On this website you can actually see a wide selection of photographs of our caravan, so you can see images before you book and arrive, this avoids the not knowing what you are booking, as is the often the case when booking direct with various Holiday Parks, we think this is very important.
We are often able to offer let's from 3 Nights plus, subject to availability
All bedding is provided, and all Beds in the Bedrooms are made up ready for you!.
We also provide a selection of Towels for you to use within the caravan.
We are proud to have many returning customers staying at our caravans Year after Year, and we offer a Returning Customer Discount
We offer good value Holiday
caravan hire in our very well equipped Caravan
The site itself remains open all year round, and the on site facilities are available from around mid FEBRUARY until NOVEMBER.
Although most of our bookings are for 6 Nights Saturday to Friday, we are often able to offer shorter lets from 3 Nights plus, subject to availability and excluding the School Holidays
Check in time is 3 pm on Friday / Saturday
Vacate time is 10 am on the following Friday / Saturday
All our prices include Gas & Electricity, and we also provide you with ALL bedding you will need, including duvet covers, sheets & pillowcases, all beds in the bedrooms are made up ready for you!, we also provide a selection of Towels to use within the caravans.
YOU CAN EVEN PAY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY BY INSTALMENTS TO SUIT YOU!.

6 berth 36 X 12 caravan
can sleep up to 6 people.
E.G. 2 Adults, 4 Children
It's conveniently situated just a short walk to the amenities on the Park Resort site.
ENTERTAINMENT PASS PRICES FOR THE 2020 SEASON ARE BEING HELD AT 2017 RATES!, THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE FROM THE SITE RECEPTION
Weekly passes are priced as follows:
3 BEDROOM CARAVAN
7th APRIL - 22nd APRIL £71
26th May - 7th SEPTEMBER £71
All other times £54
*NOTE* The price you pay covers ALL persons staying at the caravan for the full week!.
Passes are optional, if you just wish to visit the many other off site destinations like Cayton bay, Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, etc instead of using the on site facilities-then you won't need to purchase the site passes.
